130m+ Yacht Receives Digitally Pre-Cut NinjaShield PPF, Transforming and Protecting Galley Spaces with Factory-Like Finish.

During an extensive refit, a large charter yacht commissioned LuxWrap to install Gloss (PPF) across two expansive galley spaces.

Upon commencement, our team identified that a previous contractor had installed automotive vinyl film on the surfaces to be wrapped. This inappropriate material had to be carefully removed before any further work proceeded.

Given the scale and complexity of the two galleys, and the standards to which LuxWrap adheres, we deployed our in-house digital plotter and templating technology to pre-cut every panel prior to installation, ensuring the factory-like finish for which LuxWrap is widely renowned.

Digital cutting eliminates the inconsistencies associated with hand-cutting and delivers a near-perfect, uniform finish throughout, as expected on vessels of this class.

The result is a seamless, high-gloss transformation that not only elevates the aesthetic but also provides a durable, hygienic, and serviceable finish engineered for the operational realities of a busy charter yacht.

The completed installation reflects the meticulous standards and technical precision the superyacht sector has come to expect from LuxWrap.

In line with management’s requirement for discretion, the yacht’s identity is intentionally kept private.
