Confidential 120m+ project: Digitally pre-cut PPF applied to large stainless owner/crew galleys, extraction units, laundry, mess & fridges for a hygienic finish.
This highly confidential vessel came to us via referral from another 120m+ project with similar requirements.
We were commissioned by the management during handover, to wrap the owner’s and crew galleys, plus an additional bridge-deck galley. The galleys were larger than on previous vessels and entirely stainless steel, with substantial extraction units that needed to be wrapped inside and out to ensure total protection and hygiene.
Given the scale and complexity, we brought a digital plotter and our specialist operator to site, templated, and pre-cut every panel prior to installation. This approach delivered an exceptionally precise, factory-finish—exceptional in galley wrapping, and PPF in general, where cutting is typically done by hand.
In addition to the galleys, we also wrapped all laundry machines, laundry rooms, crew and staff mess surfaces and fridges, and other high-touch areas.
In line with management’s requirement for discretion, the yacht’s identity is intentionally kept private.
